Bone broth is the oldest food there is. Every culture made it, and they made it for the same reason — nothing else gives you collagen in a form the body recognizes this easily. Collagen is what the body rebuilds with, and most people are running on empty.

We use bones from animals we can account for. That matters more here than almost anywhere else, because whatever was in the animal ends up in the broth.

Drink it, cook with it, build your soups and stews on it. Refrigeration required.
