One hundred percent natural magnesium K-Rectorite blue clay.

As a mask: a few drops of warm water in your hand, mixed to a paste. Apply to the face, the lymph nodes along the jaw and neck, and under the arms. Let it dry completely, then rinse.

As a detox bath: about two tablespoons in the water.
